WHO WE ARE

We are a set of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering the right solutions to meet your business needs and requirements.

We pride ourselves on being able to talk effectively to users at all levels to capture and interpret their requirements and then translate these into intuitive and easy to use business applications that are a joy to use.

We deliver fully working and tested solutions at a rapid pace, typically in 3 week release cycles called a sprint. This means they are built, rigorously tested and deployed to the production platforms for users to use immediately, without fail. This takes away all the risks typically associated with traditional IT projects.

Our approach is to use an agile development process called SCRUM which guarantees our reliable delivery schedule. On a daily basis the applications are deployed to the test environments for testing. Only through using procceses such as continous build, automated testing and continous deployment are we able to deliver on our promises. This rapid cycle ensures dynamic user feedback and enables robust applications to be delivered meeting high quality assurance standards.

Because of this we are able to fix the time and the cost thus eliminating the major risks to a project. The only variable is what can reasonably be delivered in the time. This is agreed up front by all vested parties before development commences on each cycle. By taking this approach we are able to deliver iteratively and incrementally, adapting to the changing needs of the project and system as things evolve as they inevitably will do.

As the system grows so does the users knowledge and prespective of what is required. The key is to be flexible and incorporate these changing needs. This we guarantee, nothing is fixed in concrete. Each 3 week release can be adapted and changed as the business sees fit. No massive out of date specs anymore, it's a thing of the past!
